Key Responsibilities :

• Machine Operation :
• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and meet production targets.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting :
• Conduct routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining productivity.
• Quality Assurance :
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Make necessary adjustments to processes to maintain product quality.
• Safety Compliance :
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Documentation and Reporting :
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and downtime.
• Report production metrics and machine performance to the team lead or supervisor.
• Team Collaboration :
