Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chennai India. As an integral part of our management team you will help oversee daily operations ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

• Assist in managing and overseeing daily restaurant operations ensuring compliance with operational standards procedures and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop weekly staff schedules and daily team floor plans
• Participate in hiring training and providing ongoing communication to staff to deliver quality service to guests
• Ensure compliance with health safety food handling and hygiene standards
• Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally
• Conduct daily briefings with staff in each shift reviewing occupancy forecasts reservations special requests and other relevant information
• Analyze clientele mix seasonal periods and festivities to make recommendations for competitive analysis and budgeting purposes
• Coordinate with the Chef and other departments for special promotions ensuring staff awareness and encouraging upselling
• Attend all briefings meetings and training sessions as assigned by management
• Perform other duties as directed by senior management
