What This Role Requires :

As a Salesforce Trainer Consultant, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs across Salesforce modules and advanced functionalities, including integrations, automation, and analytics.

You will work closely with MResult teams to ensure both functional and technical proficiency in Salesforce, using real-world project scenarios and implementation experience to drive practical learning. You will train on the following Salesforce modules and topics :

Salesforce Fundamentals

  • Key Skills to Succeed in This Role :

    Primary Skills

  • 5+ years of strong experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on project implementation experience across multiple Salesforce modules.
  • Proven experience in training delivery (workshops, classroom, virtual, hands-on labs).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and middleware tools.
  • Ability to explain concepts using real-time project scenarios and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Secondary Skills

  • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Field Service Lightning.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
  • Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Certification(s) : Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder (preferred).
