Job description9+ years of relevant deal pricing, financial / business modelling, or commercial analysis experience. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Advanced Excel skills; VBA knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure bid cycles. Work on high-impact deals that shape business growth. Collaborate with a talented, supportive, and driven team. Exposure to senior stakeholders and client-facing opportunities.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping winning commercial deals, supporting bid teams, and driving data-backed financial insights. What You’ll Do
- Build and deliver financial models and pricing support for new business opportunities.
- Partner with sales teams to advise on deal structures, risks, pricing, and margins.
- Ensure proposals are commercially and financially sound.
- Develop ad-hoc analysis, reports, and quick-tools to support decision-making.
- Support complex commercial environments, client pricing frameworks, and financial models.
- Present commercial insights to stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects across the wider finance team.
What We’re Looking For
Qualification : ACA, ACMA, or MBA Finance.
(Bonus) Knowledge of Business Process Services industries.
