Customer Support Executive

JD :

• Manage RTO (Return-to-Origin) cases by contacting customers
• to confirm delivery feasibility and resolve delivery issues
• Reduce order cancellations by offering exchanges or alternative solutions to retain customers
• Handle exchange requests, ensuring timely dispatch and correct item delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and operations teams
• for smooth processing of RTO and reverse logistics
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system, following company protocols
• Consistently meet monthly targets for RTO recovery and cancellation-to-conversion rates
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on order status, refunds, and replacements

Salary up to

• Rs 23,000 per month
• (can be increased slightly)
