Quality Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for executing incoming quality control, including maintaining inspection plans, performing and documenting measurements, managing supplier complaints, and coordinating handling and return of non-conforming parts.
Your job :
- Maintain and update inspection plans based on control plan inputs
- Create and enter incoming inspection plans (measurement steps) in SAP
- Perform incoming inspections and measurements (incl. CMM) and document results
- Check and archive material documentation and Certificates of Conformity (CoC)
- Prepare and initiate supplier complaints; start Q2 process and escalate complex cases to SQA / SQD Coordinate blocking, segregation, and sorting of non-conforming parts
- Organize return shipments of defective parts to suppliers
Your qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in quality or inspection.Strong ability to interpret specifications, customer requirements, technical drawings, GPS, and measurement accuracy standards (VDA 5, MSA)Proficient in operating measurement equipment (incl. 3D systems) and performing gauge / instrument calibration.Skilled in problem-solving methods (8D, A3, Ishikawa, 5 Why, CAPA) with understanding of production environments and processes.Experience in KPI / trend analysis; fluent in English and proficient in MS Office, SAP, ARIS, and CAQ.
