Job Summary
We’re building a modern B2B maritime brand. You’ll own the visual system and ship high-quality assets across product marketing, web, sales enablement, employer brand, and events—shaping how the world sees Admaren and SecureLoad.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand system across web, product marketing, sales, and employer brand. Define grids, typography, color, iconography, and illustration styles. Keep one Figma library as the source of truth with clear versions and change logs.
- Turn technical inputs into clarity. Take cargo engineering and ops briefs and turn them into clean diagrams, schematics, and explainers. Aim for visuals a non-engineer can understand in under 10 seconds.
- Ship high-leverage assets fast. Build landing sections, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, and stat cards. Create master templates so about 80% of repeat requests are templatized.
- Design for performance. Partner with Marketing to run A / B tests. Iterate based on CTR, scroll depth, dwell time, and demo requests. Save winning patterns in a reusable library.
- Use motion as a force multiplier. Produce short UI callouts, micro-interactions, and 15–45 second reels for launches, features, and events (After Effects / Premiere). Bonus if you can do basic 3D for cargo / rigging scenes.
- Tell stories for social first. Create carousels, announcement kits, CEO quote cards, and press visuals. Adapt them for Facebook, Instagram, and X without redesigning from scratch.
- Be ready for events and print. Design booth panels, backdrops, posters, and handouts with exact export specs. Prepare press kits and “live update” frames for real-time posting onsite.
- Hold the line on accessibility and quality. Enforce contrast, legibility, and alt text. Run export QA for file size, formats, and retina / print needs. Use consistent file naming (kebab or snake) and keep folders tidy.
- Operate like design-ops. Scope briefs, estimate effort, commit to SLAs, and communicate trade-offs. Manage freelancers for burst capacity, including briefing, QA, and feedback.
- Collaborate deeply. Work with Content on narrative, Product on accuracy, Sales on enablement, and HR on employer brand. Give and request structured feedback with clear reasoning, not just taste.
- Measure and report . Build a simple dashboard for asset usage and results. Share monthly highlights, learnings, and next experiments with Marketing and Leadership.
