We’re looking for a ServiceNow Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM , along with expertise in Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and NLU / NLQ .

What You’ll Do :

✨ Lead development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions with embedded AI / ML capabilities.

✨ Design and build intelligent workflows using Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Task Intelligence.

✨ Integrate ServiceNow with external AI platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

✨ Mentor developers and drive automation, innovation, and quality delivery.

What We’re Looking For :

🔹 6-10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow development.

🔹 Proven experience in AI / GenAI workflows within ServiceNow.

🔹 Strong scripting, integration, and platform expertise.

🔹 ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CIS certifications preferred.
