Location : Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar (Must be open to work across multiple centers)

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (Tuesday Sunday)

Timings : 10 : 00 AM 07 : 00 PM

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Business Head (ABH) who will take complete ownership of center growth, lead admissions strategy for IIT-JEE & NEET divisions, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Business Growth

  • Own and deliver center-level admission & revenue targets for JEE & NEET courses.
  • Conduct and oversee IIT-JEE / NEET counseling sessions for students and parents to guide them toward the right academic path.
  • Align sales, marketing, and academics to achieve revenue goals.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives, Marketing Executives, and Counselors.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance.
  • Track weekly / monthly KPIs and ensure target achievement.
  • BTL Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Design and execute BTL marketing campaigns school / college tie-ups, community activities, roadshows, scholarship tests, kiosks, and seminars.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen PWs brand presence in Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar.
  • Analyze ROI of campaigns and optimize for better results.
  • Operations & Student Experience

  • Oversee daily operations at multiple centers ensuring smooth coordination between sales, presales, academics, and post-sales teams.
  • Monitor student satisfaction & parent feedback and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Reporting & Business Insights

  • Analyze admissions data, local trends, and competitor activity to plan future growth.
  • Share regular MIS reports with the Business Head & leadership team.
  • Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in IIT-JEE / NEET counseling & sales (Test Prep / EdTech / K-12).
  • Strong expertise in BTL marketing and lead generation activities with measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi.
  • Proven track record of achieving admissions & revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be willing to travel and work across Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar locations.
