We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Business Head (ABH) who will take complete ownership of center growth, lead admissions strategy for IIT-JEE & NEET divisions, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Business Growth
- Own and deliver center-level admission & revenue targets for JEE & NEET courses.
- Conduct and oversee IIT-JEE / NEET counseling sessions for students and parents to guide them toward the right academic path.
- Align sales, marketing, and academics to achieve revenue goals.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Executives, Marketing Executives, and Counselors.Drive a culture of accountability, discipline, and performance.Track weekly / monthly KPIs and ensure target achievement.BTL Marketing & Lead Generation
Design and execute BTL marketing campaigns school / college tie-ups, community activities, roadshows, scholarship tests, kiosks, and seminars.Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen PWs brand presence in Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar.Analyze ROI of campaigns and optimize for better results.Operations & Student Experience
Oversee daily operations at multiple centers ensuring smooth coordination between sales, presales, academics, and post-sales teams.Monitor student satisfaction & parent feedback and take corrective actions where needed.Reporting & Business Insights
Analyze admissions data, local trends, and competitor activity to plan future growth.Share regular MIS reports with the Business Head & leadership team.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in IIT-JEE / NEET counseling & sales (Test Prep / EdTech / K-12).Strong expertise in BTL marketing and lead generation activities with measurable results.Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu (mandatory), and Hindi.Proven track record of achieving admissions & revenue targets.Hands-on experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.Must be willing to travel and work across Hyderabad, Warangal, and Karimnagar locations.What We Offer
