We’re looking for a Video Strategist who can translate our brand essence into compelling visual stories that connect with millions of consumers across India.
Role Description
- Develop and execute a video content strategy for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
- Conceptualize and script engaging content that reflects Asoka-T’s heritage and freshness .
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Manage video production from ideation to publishing — coordinating shoots, reels, and product visuals.
- Analyze performance metrics (views, retention, engagement) to refine content strategy.
- Stay ahead of video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads).
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in video strategy, digital marketing, or creative direction .Strong understanding of storytelling for FMCG / D2C brands .Experience in planning and optimizing video campaigns .Basic knowledge of editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).A creative thinker with attention to detail and a pulse on Indian consumer trends.Why Join Us
