About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can think in data, speak in conversions, and dream in campaigns.
You’ll lead our direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth engine — driving performance marketing, optimizing our website and CRM, and building digital experiences that turn browsers into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing (DTC Campaigns)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Track and analyze ROI, CAC, LTV, and attribution data to guide decisions.
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to scale performance.
- Ideate and develop insight-driven hooks for ad campaigns.
2. Website & Landing Page Optimization
Manage and optimize company websites and DTC landing pages for conversions and UX.Collaborate with design and tech teams to improve site performance and mobile experience.Implement A / B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.3. CRM & Marketing Automation
Set up and manage CRM flows across email and WhatsApp.Develop customer segmentation, automated journeys, and retention strategies.Track engagement metrics and refine messaging to boost repeat purchases.4. Brand Building & Engagement
Execute brand awareness and engagement campaigns across digital and social channels.Work with the creative and content teams to tell the brand story digitally.Leverage influencers, partnerships, and community initiatives to build affinity.5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across all digital channels.Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations to leadership.Stay updated on emerging tools, platforms, and digital best practices.Candidate Profile
Experience : 5+ years in digital marketing, with DTC, performance, and CRM expertise.Technical Skills : Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRO tools, Mailchimp / Klaviyo / WebEngage (or similar).Knowledge : Strong grasp of e-commerce funnels, customer journeys, and retention marketing.Soft Skills : Analytical mindset, creativity, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;MBA preferred.
