Position : Senior Project Engineer – Civil (Residential, Interior & Internal Finishes Works)

Location : Lonavala

Reporting To : Project Manager / Client / PMC Head

Role Overview

The Senior Project Engineer will support the Project Manager in supervising and monitoring day-to-day construction activities, including civil, interior, and Internal Finishes works.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Study and review construction drawings and specifications to ensure correct execution on site.
• Raise RFIs for design clarifications, discrepancies, or site-related issues.
• Supervise civil, structural, interior, and finishes activities, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for design and execution alignment.
• Verify quality of materials and workmanship, raising corrective actions when required.
• Assist in tracking long-lead items and monitor timely delivery to site.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring manpower, equipment, and resources are deployed by contractors.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
• Assist in measurement verification and inputs for bill checking.
• Prepare daily progress reports and contribute to weekly reports.
