Job description

  • Work Mode : Work from Office only
  • Shift : Rotational, including Night Shifts

    Key Skills & Responsibilities :

  • Software Testing & Bug Triaging
  • Manual Testing / Mobile app
  • Quality Checks & Audits
  • Technical Issue Resolution
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
  • Experience using JIRA or other ticketing tools
  • Data analysis using Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong command over English reading, writing & comprehension
  • Good to have Ai

    Key Skills & Responsibilities :

  • Experience in Manual testing
  • Basic understanding of software testing, QA cycles, and defect management lifecycle.
  • Proficient knowledge of JIRA (or equivalent ticketing tools) including advanced usage of JQL.
  • Strong working experience in MS Office / Google Suite.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, dashboard creation).
  • Good communication skills
