Profile Overview
The Strategic Partner Manager – Cloud & AI Partners will lead Incedo's ecosystem growth across major cloud and AI technology alliances — driving joint go-to-market execution, demand generation, marketplace positioning & growth, and solution acceleration with partners such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega etc
This role is at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and partnership execution — turning alliances into measurable business outcomes through co-sell, co-market, and co-build motions. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship-builder and results-oriented professional who can align partner ecosystems with Incedo's Cloud + AI transformation vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & GTM Leadership
- Develop and execute joint GTM plans with key partners aligned to revenue, pipeline, and brand objectives.
- Build strong relationships with partner field sales, marketing, and marketplace teams to drive co-selling and joint opportunities.
- Identify emerging Cloud and AI partners to expand Incedo's alliance ecosystem.
- Establish quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and joint scorecards to track impact and ROI.
2. Partner Marketing & Demand Generation
Lead joint marketing and demand generation programs — including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and webinars that drive qualified leads.Strengthen Incedo's presence in partner ecosystems through multi-cloud marketplaces.Partner with marketing teams to create co-branded content, case studies, and thought leadership around Cloud + AI success stories.Measure and optimize campaign effectiveness and lead-to-deal conversion from partner-sourced initiatives.3. Solution & Product Acceleration
Collaborate with product and technology teams to identify co-build and integration opportunities leveraging partner technologies.Support creation of industry-focused accelerators and reference architectures using partner toolkits and APIs.Ensure technical validation and partner certifications needed for co-sell readiness and funding programs.4. Marketplace Growth & Co-Sell Enablement
Drive marketplace success by optimizing listings, pricing, and monetization models across AWS, GCP, and other marketplaces.Work with internal sales and presales teams to identify partner-influenced and partner-sourced opportunities.Conduct enablement sessions to help sales and delivery teams leverage partner benefits, incentives, and co-sell motions.5. Partnership Center of Excellence
Build and scale a Partnership Center of Excellence (CoE) to capture best practices, enablement content, and reusable GTM playbooks.Maintain a shared repository of success stories, certifications, and assets for reuse across industry verticals.Run internal enablement programs to increase awareness and engagement on key partnership initiatives.Key Qualifications & Skills
8–10 years of experience in cloud partnership management, GTM, or alliance leadership roles.Proven success in driving joint GTM execution, partner marketing, and marketplace-led revenue growth.Experience managing partnerships with AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega, or similar ecosystems.Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, co-sell frameworks, and partner incentive models.Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.MBA preferred; background in cloud, SaaS, or AI-driven solution environments desirable.Preferred Certifications
AWS Partner Accreditation or Cloud Practitioner (preferred)GCP, Snowflake, or other ecosystem certifications (a plus)
