Health Biotech Limited, a WHO-GMP & PIC / s certified sterile injectables manufacturer with 30+ years of excellence , is looking for a dynamic leader to drive our transformation journey.

📍 Location : Chandigarh (HQ) + Baddi Manufacturing Plant

🏭 Industry : Pharmaceutical Manufacturing in oncology, hormones, anti-biotics and general injectables, semi-solids and oral dosage forms.

🌍 Presence : Exporting to 50+ countries globally

The Opportunity :

This isn't just another leadership role. You'll be stepping into a -

✅ Strong export footprint across Africa, Middle East, LATAM & ASEAN

✅ EU-GMP certification roadmap underway

✅ Modern SAP S / 4HANA infrastructure in place

✅ Founders committed to professional management transition

You'll own the P&L, lead operations, and build a dynamic organization.

We're Looking For :

→ 15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing → Sterile injectables / aseptic processing expertise → Experience scaling companies from ₹100 Cr to ₹300+ Cr → EU-GMP / US FDA audit exposure → Previous CEO / COO / VP role → Ability to work with promoters while driving independent decisions
