Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Instructor. The Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs in AI, machine learning, full-stack development, and related technologies. The role will require mentoring students, creating engaging course materials, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. Collaboration with the team to enhance the curriculum and maintaining a supportive learning environment will be a key focus.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG, NLP, and machine learning techniques
• Experience with full-stack development, including React, Next.js, Python, Django, Node.js, MERN, or MEAN stacks
• Strong instructional and teaching abilities, including creating curriculum and delivering technical content
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide learners effectively
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience in technical subjects is advantageous
