- Talent Acquisition : Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Participate in the selection and onboarding of new employees
- Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues
- Administer employee engagement and recognition programs
- HR Administration : Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance reviews
- Manage employee benefits programs and handle benefit-related inquiries
- Compliance and Policies : Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Conduct employee training on HR-related topics, including diversity, inclusion, and harassment prevention
- Performance Management : Support the performance appraisal process
- Assist in identifying employee development needs and implementing training programs
- Work on initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity
- Data and Reporting : Generate HR reports and metrics related to key HR performance indicators
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Contribute to HR budget planning and management
- HR Projects : Collaborate on various HR projects, such as restructuring, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives
