Position : Sales Manager
Location : M.G Road, Vijayawada (Candidates must already be based in Vijayawada)
Role & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth
- Maintain relationships with key clients
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet or exceed targets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to senior management
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution
- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or project-based industriesProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsExperience in team leadership and performance managementFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales analytic s preferredFamiliar with MS Office, Excel.Who You Are :
