Key Responsibilities
Data & Insights :
- Prepare and support critical business reports such as QBR decks, quarterly lookbacks, board material, and leadership presentations.
- Leverage data and critical thinking to generate actionable insights for the revenue function.
Revenue Operations Support :
Manage core operational activities like account splits, territory management, pipeline cleanup, account tiering, and parent-child account mapping .Ensure accurate tagging of accounts and reporting regions for operational efficiency.Lead Qualification & Management :
Handle inbound leads, qualify them , and forward to the Sales team for follow-up.Contact potential clients via email and follow established processes.Collaboration with Sales & Teams :
Act as a liaison between RevOps and Sales teams.Collect feedback from Sales to improve lead response and qualification workflows.Performance Tracking :
Track key metrics such as call volume, call outcomes, and lead conversion rates .Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate data and streamline lead management.Skills Required
