Key Responsibilities :

Customer Support :

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.

Order Management :

Assist customers with order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Product Knowledge :

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products to effectively address customer questions and concerns.

Problem Resolution :

Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Feedback Collection :

Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous product and service improvement.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in e-commerce or consumer goods.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.

Knowledge of Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary :

20,000 inr to 40,000 inr per month depend on the experience
