Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education or Counseling background preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, student support, or sales (preferably in the Education / EdTech sector). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and presentation abilities. Target-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities :
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admission processes, and career paths.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs or courses.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Organize and participate in webinars, seminars, and admission drives.
- Stay updated with the latest course offerings, industry trends, and admission guidelines.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for student enrollments.
