Job Overview

Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant in the manufacturing sector, based in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will provide executive support and manage various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operation within the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling and reducing conflicts (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in planning meetings, including preparation of agendas and post-meeting follow-ups (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in travel coordination, ensuring cost-effective and timely arrangements (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven ability to coordinate events, managing all details from concept to execution.
  • Skilled in document management, maintaining organized and accurate records.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities
