Job description

Position : Sr. Key Account Manager - Furniture Retaill

Reports to General Manager

Experience- Min 5 yrs

Salary Range- 6 LPA-9 LPA

Should be from the Luxury Furniture Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Address client needs proactively and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and expectations.

Collaboration with Design & Dispatch Teams

  • Coordinate with in-house design and Dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Provide client feedback to the design team for incorporating into new furniture collections.
  • Ensure product quality meets the luxury standards expected by the clientele.
  • Sales & Reporting

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, account status, and performance reports to Line Manager
  • Track key account performance metrics (e.g., revenue, order frequency, client satisfaction).
  • Client Consultation & Customization

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, including space planning and aesthetic preferences.
  • Offer expert consultation on luxury furniture trends, material choices, and design concepts.
  • Post-Sales Support

  • Oversee delivery, installation, and after-sales services to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Handle any post-sales issues or complaints promptly and effectively to maintain client trust.
  • Brand Representation

  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure all interactions and communications uphold the luxury positioning of the brand.
