Title : Business Development Lead - Retail Design and Build

Experience : 5 - 8 years (Retail Design / Design Industry)
OVERVIEW
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for converting marketing leads into business opportunities.
Key responsibilities :
Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage potential clients.
Work on marketing-generated leads by initiating conversations and building client relationships.
Conduct structured conversations with clients to uncover needs and translate them into opportunities.
Collaborate with Co-Founder and design teams to develop proposals and pitches.
Support pricing structures, business cases, and project approaches.
Track leads and opportunities in a structured pipeline, providing regular updates.
Work closely with marketing, design, and delivery teams for seamless client service
Skills and Qualifications :
Experience in retail expansion, store development, or business partnerships.
Understanding how brands evaluate and select design / build partners.
5–8 years of BD or client services experience in retail design / fit-out.
Proven track record of developing and converting opportunities
Relationship-building and networking ability.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand creative direction and translate it into opportunities.
Commercial acumen for pricing and proposals.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM knowledge is a plus
