Job Title - Data Scientist

Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Notice - Immediate to 15 days

Requirements : -

We are looking for Data Scientists with expertise Design, develop, and fine-tune multilingual Small Language Models (SLMs) with advanced AI capabilities for agentic applications .

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, with a focus on LLMs and NLP applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
• Conduct research on state-of-the-art LLM techniques and contribute to the development of novel algorithms.
• Preprocess and engineer features from large-scale textual datasets for NLP tasks.
• Optimise and deploy machine learning models in production environments.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on NLP and LLM projects.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in LLMs and GenAI, sharing insights with the team and clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data science processes and methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

AI / ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are a plus.
