Position : Front-End Developer

Location : Work from Office role in Bengaluru at BTM 2nd Stage

Shift : European shift time – 12 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM IST

Employment Type : Full-time Immediate joiners are only needed.

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Front-End Developer with 2+ to 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web development using ReactJS and / or Angular. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributor in building dynamic, responsive, and scalable single-page applications (SPAs).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product managers. The role requires strong technical expertise, particularly in authorization (OAuth2 flows) and unit testing, with a focus on performance, state management, and API integration. Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain single-page applications (SPAs) using ReactJS and / or AngularJS (or Angular).
Build reusable UI components and implement efficient component-based architecture.
Manage application state using tools like Redux and middleware such as Redux Thunk.
Integrate frontend interfaces with backend systems via REST or XML-RPC APIs.
Implement secure authentication and authorization flows (e.g., OAuth2), including best practices such as token handling, PKCE, and redirect management.
Optimize UI performance using React’s Virtual DOM, memorization, and shallow comparison.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Karma / Jasmine to ensure code quality.
Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible user interfaces using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers and product stakeholders to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and contribute to improving internal standards and development practices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ to 5+ years of experience in frontend development with strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).

Proficiency in ReactJS and / or AngularJS / Angular with experience building production-grade web applications.

Hands-on experience with TypeScript in frontend projects.

Strong understanding of secure authentication and authorization flows, especially OAuth2.

Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux and Thunk.

Solid experience in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) using testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Karma).

Proficient in integrating APIs (REST / XML-RPC) and working with Git version control.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good understanding of responsive design, UI / UX principles, and frontend optimization.

Nice to Have :

Experience with pagination and infinite scrolling features.

Exposure to ERP systems or enterprise application development.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance auditing tools (e.g., Lighthouse).

Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI / CD pipelines.

Experience working in Agile environments.
