Job descriptionOversee MEPC service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLA agreements, safety standards and energy efficiency best practices. Conduct site inspections and audits to assess MEPC system performance, maintenance needs, and operational & Sustainability Initiatives : Ensure all MEPC systems adhere to local regulations, and client-specific requirements. Drive energy-saving and sustainability initiatives (HVAC optimization, smart lighting, water conservation). Implement training programs for technicians and vendors on MEPC best practices and emerging & Continuous Improvement : Monitor KPIs (system uptime, energy efficiency, maintenance response time) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders. Recommend technology to enhance service delivery. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high-quality MEP services
Description : We are looking for a Key Account Manager Integrated Facility Management Services (IFMS) This role ensures that MEPC systems operate efficiently, comply with industry standards, and meet client Responsibilities Areas Management & Client Relations :
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients in commercial, retail, healthcare, or industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term contract retention.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address concerns, and propose value-added MEPC solutions.
