Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between consultants and clients.
- Source and identify requirements through job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) and networking channels.
- Negotiate consultant rates, finalize deals, and ensure timely placements.
- Maintain an active consultant pipeline and submit daily activity and performance reports.
- Stay informed about recruitment trends , visa regulations , and client requirements .
