Job Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic and service-oriented Director of Product Management with 10 to 14 years of required experience to lead and scale high-performing product teams. This role requires a product leader with a strong track record in building and scaling complex SaaS products involving intricate features and integrations. Based in a hybrid model across multiple Indian tech hubs, the Director will champion end-to-end Agile product management, drive strategy using data-driven insights, and possess the necessary Advocacy & organizational Influence to achieve the product roadmap.

Primary Responsibility & Core Functions

Strategic Product Leadership :

• Provide Strategic leadership for the product portfolio, defining a clear, executable vision and product strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
• Lead end-to-end Agile product management, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through development, launch, and iteration, utilizing Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies.
• Drive Stream-based Execution, ensuring focused, efficient delivery across dedicated product streams and managing dependencies between complex features and integrations.
