AI / ML Architect

We are looking for a seasoned AI Solutions Architect with 10+ years of experience who can lead the design, development, and deployment of modern AI systems — from GenAI to distributed ML pipelines.

This role requires a strong mix of architecture, hands-on engineering, leadership, and innovation.

🔧 What You Will Work On

You will lead and architect :

• Full-stack AI / ML systems using React / Angular, Python / Node.js, APIs, RAG, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)
• Distributed, event-driven, microservice-based AI pipelines on Azure (primary) & AWS
• Advanced ML / DL models — GPT, BERT, CNNs, RNNs, GANs, multimodal AI
• RAG systems, prompt engineering, few-shot learning, LLM optimization
• Data workflows using Spark, Pandas, MLFlow; feature engineering & augmentation
• Model observability, drift detection, monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
• High-performance inference with quantization / pruning
• AI security, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), RBAC, encryption
• Architecture leadership, PoCs, feasibility assessments & cost evaluations
• Clear communication of complex AI concepts across teams
