Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic

HR Intern (3 Months for now bu with possibilities of extention)

to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various facets of Human Resources — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end

recruitment processes , including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.

Support

employee onboarding

and documentation.

Participate in

employee engagement initiatives

and internal communication activities.

Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.

Assist in drafting and updating

HR policies, forms, and templates .

Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement and automation ideas.

Who We’re Looking For

MBA (HR)

– final-year student or recent graduate.

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills .

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Passionate about people, culture, and creating positive workplace experiences.

Comfortable working in a

fast-paced, dynamic environment .

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR tools or ATS is a plus.
