Description

We are seeking experienced IPDRG & IVR Medical Coders to join our team in India. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in medical coding, with a focus on IPDRG and IVR Coding. They will be responsible for ensuring the accurate assignment of codes, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with healthcare providers to optimize coding processes.

Key Responsibilities :

IVR Coders :

Code Inpatient, Outpatient, and ER (IVR) medical records.
Ensure accurate and complete coding based on ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS .
Maintain 95%+ accuracy and meet productivity targets.

IPDRG Coders :

Specialize in Inpatient DRG coding and perform discharge summary reviews.

Ensure DRG accuracy and compliance with official guidelines.

Minimum 6 months of QA / auditing experience is mandatory.

Required Qualifications :

Any valid coding certification (CPC, CCS, COC, CIC, etc.) is mandatory .

Minimum 2 years of experience in IVR or IPDRG coding.

IPDRG coders must have 6+ months QA experience .

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and DRG methodologies .

Excellent analytical and communication skills .
