About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced corporate hiring environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for Commercial Underwriting and related roles, along with a strong understanding of stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple corporate functions, with a strong focus on Commercial Underwriter hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and deliver quality talent within timelines.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels — job portals, , internal referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in corporate recruitment (mandatory).Prior experience in hiring for Commercial Underwriter or BFSI-related roles preferred.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.Comfortable working in a 1 : 00 PM IST shift to align with global teams.Compensation
