Position : Consultant – Hospital Activation

Location : Mumbai

Engagement Type : Consultant (Part-Time / Intermittent Basis)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-networked professional to join us as a Consultant – Hospital Activation in Mumbai. The consultant will play a pivotal role in engaging with hospitals, cardiologists, and healthcare administrators to strengthen our ongoing disease awareness initiatives focused on preventive and post-treatment cardiovascular care.

This is a flexible, part-time, field-based role designed for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of hospital ecosystems, and a passion for health advocacy and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hospital and Cardiologist Engagement :

Meet leading cardiologists, hospital administrators, and medical directors to introduce our organization’s mission and explain the objectives of our disease awareness programs.

  • Onboarding and Collaboration :

    • Secure participation and endorsement from hospitals and cardiologists to host patient awareness sessions, screenings, or educational events.

  • Program Coordination :

    • Work with hospital teams to plan and organize awareness programs — including logistics, permissions, and local outreach within hospital premises.

  • Relationship Management :

    • Maintain strong relationships with hospital partners to ensure consistent collaboration and identify new opportunities for engagement.

  • Reporting and Documentation :

    • Submit visit reports, event updates, and feedback summaries in a timely and structured format.

    Desired Profile

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Hospital Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hospital liaison, medical representative roles, or healthcare outreach (experience in cardiology or NCDs preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage meetings and represent the organization professionally.
  • Comfortable with flexible, part-time engagement and travel across the city.
