The Valuations Group specializes in valuation of a wide spectrum of businesses, shares, and assets (tangible and intangible) that assists clients in taking key decisions in several areas including strategic transactions (such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and joint ventures), internal / financial restructuring, strategic decision making and legal issues.
Experience Required - 3 to 5 years
Qualification - MBA / CA
Job Profile-
- Work on a variety of assignments, including business enterprise valuations, purchase price allocations, intangible valuations, regulatory / tax valuations, etc.
- Perform in-depth industry, market, and competitor research and valuation analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted approaches and theory, available databases, analyst reports, etc.
- Discussions with clients, analysis of client data and preparation of key observations / discussion points / queries on data received.
- Build financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction analysis, etc.
- Computing / reviewing the computation of the discount rate, market multiples, market transaction analysis.
- Assisting seniors in preparation of the valuation reports, and in preparing and presenting the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Writing engagement letters.
- Contributing to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Managing responsibilities towards the engagement such as pre-engagement approvals, code creation and invoicing.
