Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bengaluru for a HR Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, managing employee relations, implementing HR strategies, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role requires collaboration with various teams to drive a positive workplace culture and maintain employee engagement.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and workforce planning

Skills in HR Policy Development, Compliance, and Employee Relations

Proficiency in Organizational Development and Employee Engagement strategies

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of HR tools, software, and compliance regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in the technology or digital transformation industry is a plus
