Role Overview :

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation, funnel conversion, and digital marketing campaigns end-to-end. You will orchestrate paid campaigns, SEO, and performance marketing across channels, work with agencies, leverage AI tools, and collaborate closely with product, PMM, brand, and business growth teams.

What You’ll Do :

Own end-to-end growth marketing across inbound and outbound funnels.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns (performance, SEO, paid social, paid search, display, retargeting).

Stay abreast of changing policies, algorithms, and best practices for digital channels

Collaborate with agencies and freelancers for creative and campaign execution.

Orchestrate lead generation strategies and drive funnel conversion alongside business growth teams.

Use AI-first workflows for campaign planning, optimization, and reporting.

Plan and execute events & activations in collaboration with PMM and Brand teams.

Monitor KPIs, ROI, and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For :

4–6 years in digital / growth marketing, preferably B2B SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startups.

Strong understanding of SEO, paid campaigns, and performance marketing across channels.

Proven track record of funnel orchestration and inbound lead generation.

Ability to work with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and optimization skills.

AI-first approach to campaign ideation, reporting, and optimization.

Experience planning and executing events is a plus.
