What you will do
- Support alignment, standardization and implementation of MSP & Customer Services Cash Application related processes
- Support transaction execution in ERP related to Bad Debts Write off / Bad Debts Reserve
- Provides E2E advice and guidance to the MSP agent on how to effectively drive desired customer experience.
- Monitor and act on customer feedback with MSP or, when required to ensure feedback loop is closed and ongoing improvement in MSP process execution and customer experience.
- Escalation point from MSP into EM; Escalation point for EM into MSP if MSP protocol fails
- Addresses MSP agent and supervisor questions related to Cash Application and Accounting (Balance Sheet Account reconciliation , others, etc) processes
- Work with and guide MSP on customer issues and disputes
- Escalate broader process improvements opportunities to Customer Feedback & Quality Advisor
- Leverage metrics and insights from KPI Advisors and Customer Feedback & Quality Advisors to identify and coach MSP
- Support Initiative Advisors to translate business needs and CS priorities
About You
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or managementMin 3 years work experience in order to cash process, accounting, and or process & project managementFinancial accounting or reporting knowledge.Knowledge on Order to Cash Process, working experience on SAP.Your benefits
