Looking for Backoffice Associates for Airoli Location ( Only First 100 entries are accepted)

Work location : Airoli Exp : 0-3 Years (Freshers are also welcome)

Non Voice Process

Both Side Cab)Night Shift only

Role & responsibilities Associate (Process : US HR operations)

Age Criteria : 22years to 26years old.
CTC : Max 19k inhand
Walk in drive : 29th & 30th -April'25
Time : 11AM to 12PM
Address : Gigaplex, building no 3, 3rd floor, Airoli West, near patni ground, opp to Capgemini campus

Work Experience 0-36 months ( Non-tech freshers with all sem original marksheet can apply )

Summary

Fielding all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and / or emails in a courteous manner.

Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.

Identify and learn appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.

Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions.

Follow standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries.

Resolve client queries as per the SLAs defined in the contract.

Maintain logs and records of all customer queries as per the standard procedures and guidelines.

Relevant Experience Any / Basic MS Excel Category Back office / Data handling or data management

Working Conditions Fixed evening shift (5 days working). Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off.

Service Agreement Applicable for 1 year (Mandatory)

Education Skills Any graduate - BA / B.Com / B.Sc (non-technical), MA, M.Com, part time MBA, PGDM B.Tech & MBA full time freshers are not eligible
