What We’re Looking For :

✅ 5+ years of experience in Operations Management (BPO / International Travel process preferred)

✅ Strong exposure to P&L management, client engagement & stakeholder management

✅ Proven ability to drive performance, process improvements & team management

✅ Prior expertise in International Travel Process will be an added edge ✈️

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving & leadership skills
