Manager- Finance

Overview –

Stemz Group, with its diversified global presence across manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and human resources, is seeking a seasoned Manager- Finance. This person will oversee day-to-day finance operations, fund management, and reporting ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and integration with business systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge in IFRS / IndAS, financial modelling, cash flow and fund flow management, as well as demonstrated expertise in MIS reporting and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

– Managing funds and utilization based on the revenue generated

– Preparation of monthly budgets and utilization reports

– Preparation of MIS by every 10th of the month

– Cost control analysis and identifying measures to optimize expenses

– Revenue projections and forecasting

– Ensure timely receipt of funds against invoices raised

– Ensure invoices are raised on time to clients

– Ensure proper reconciliation of revenue

– Integration of payment gateways with CRM / LIS software

– Monthly reconciliation of all financial transactions

– Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits for new entities

– Ensure proper consumption is recorded and tracked

– Integration with ERP systems for new projects

– Ensure seamless ERP integration with various other software

Qualifications & Experience

– Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

– 5–8 years of experience in Finance, preferably in corporate environments

– Strong understanding of IFRS / IndAS standards

– Experience in financial modelling, MIS reporting, cash flow and fund flow management

– Proficiency with ERP systems, financial tools, and MS Office

Reporting Line

– Reports directly to the Finance Controller.
