Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist clients with a professional and friendly approach, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Conduct detailed vision testing and eye examinations to identify refractive errors and other vision-related issues.
- Accurately determine and prescribe corrective lenses based on test results and client requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on suitable eyewear products, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses, considering both medical and lifestyle needs.
- Verify spectacles after fitting to ensure correct lens alignment, accurate power, and overall comfort for the client.
- Maintain and manage stock of contact lenses and trial lenses, ensuring availability and proper hygiene standards.
- Educate clients on proper lens care, eyewear maintenance, and eye health practices.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth customer experience and timely delivery of eyewear.
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescriptions for future reference and compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry, optical products, and vision care technology.
