Senior UX Designer

Role Summary :

Maker Lab is looking for a dynamic individual to join an exciting project we’ve embarked on with our technology client to work on redesigning their financial compliance tool.

We are looking for an expert UX designer with great understanding of consumer apps and good stakeholder management.

Role :

• Lead and partner with the rest of the team on technical implementation - UX Designers & product managers, Engineers.
• Collaborate and integrate with clients’ product and engineering teams. Use existing design systems and extend them further.
• Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of users through quality-driven interactive design
• Conduct product audits, work with UXR teams to gather valuable insights and identify user pain points and apply them in the product design process.
• Document user journeys and express them through new concept mocks, designs, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to identify critical user journeys (CUJs) and deliver detailed, implementation-ready designs.
• Offer UX support to engineering teams during the implementation phase to ensure the successful integration of user-centered designs.
