We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role focused on both lead generation and strategic marketing initiatives to expand our business footprint. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the B2B tech services landscape and is hungry to learn, contribute, and grow with us.
Responsibilities :
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and qualify potential clients through online research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Set up discovery calls and product / service demonstrations with potential clients.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with sales activities, lead statuses, and follow-ups.
- Assist in proposal development, presentations, and pitching customized solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and smooth handover.
- Awareness of global conferences and effectively negotiating with organizers for promoting awareness of the organization.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
Support the planning and execution of an increase in digital presence (LinkedIn, email, content marketing, etc.)Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.Create a SWOT analysis of Sales and Marketing efforts every quarter.Collaborate with design / content teams to produce relevant marketing materials.Assist in the creation of industry-specific campaigns.Skills / Requirements :
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in IT services or SaaS.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy with a good understanding of technology, digital marketing channels, and CRM tools.Proactive contributor able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Add On Advantage
Exposure to international markets (Middle East, US) or experience in pre-sales / proposal creation.Job Types : Full-time, Remote / Hybrid.
