Job Description – Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM – Landscape Design

Location : Mumbai

Positions : 3 (Manager / Senior Manager / AGM – Landscape Design)

Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch (preferably with specialization in Landscape Architecture)

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Landscape Designer to join our real estate development team . The ideal candidate will combine design innovation with practical execution experience to deliver sustainable, functional, and visually appealing outdoor environments for our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs , master plans, and 3D visualizations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate landscape concepts with overall site planning.
  • Prepare design presentations and proposals for internal and client approvals.
  • Conduct site assessments , analyze environmental and climatic conditions, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors during design development and project implementation.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, safety, and sustainability standards .
  • Develop maintenance and planting plans for landscaped areas.
  • Stay updated with emerging design trends , new materials, and technologies in landscape architecture.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Arch / M.Arch (Landscape Architecture preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably with real estate developers or architecture consultancies .
  • Proficiency in design and visualization tools :
  • AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) .
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture , irrigation , sustainable landscape practices , and site planning .
  • Excellent communication, client presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams , manage multiple projects, and deliver within deadlines.
