Roles & responsibilities :
- Responsible for handle existing customers through daily customer visit.
 - Responsible to provide appropriate product recommendation against customer specification.
 - Take care of all correspondence related to samples and finding technical solutions.
 - Meet assigned revenue targets by generating business from new and existing clients.
 - Promote the company product range using dedicated promotion tools.
 - Responsible for business development & analysis competitor strategies.
 - Ensure company presence on customer site.
 - Maintain the good relation with customers and take care of customer satisfaction with loyalty, honesty and ethics.
 - Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks with the wider sales and account management team in the weekly meeting.
 - Monitor competitor activity and new developments.
 
Education Qualification :
B. Tech / B.E. - Mechanical, Production / Industrial Engineer.With minimum of 4 years industrial sales experience.Good knowledge of fasteners industry along with a familiarity with the market environment is preferred.Product knowledge and Industry experience, Strong oral and written communication skills, Motivational skills, Results-oriented.
