iO Associates is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer / Sr Test Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring quality of our software products by guiding Test Engineers as well as hands on developing and executing test plans, creating automated test scripts, identifying defects, and working closely with the developers to ensure timely resolution of issues

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor test engineers, ensuring testing best practices
• Design, execute, and automate test plans (BDD / Gherkin)
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners for seamless delivery
• Continuously improve testing standards, tools, and processes
