Job Title : RSA Developer with BCM Expertise

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RSA Developer with strong expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) to design, develop, and maintain risk and compliance solutions within the RSA Archer platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of RSA Archer with a solid understanding of BCM frameworks to support organizational resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and customize RSA Archer GRC solutions to meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Develop applications, data integrations, and workflows within the RSA Archer platform.
  • Implement and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) modules, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), continuity planning, and crisis management.
  • Work closely with risk management, IT security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of BCM policies with RSA Archer functionality.
  • Manage data imports, calculations, and reporting dashboards within the Archer environment.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to ensure platform stability.
  • Support end-users with training, documentation, and post-deployment assistance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance BCM processes and ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 22301 or equivalent standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field .
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience with RSA Archer GRC platform (configuration, development, or administration).
  • Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Archer use cases such as BCM, Risk Management, Incident Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
  • Proficiency in data mapping, data feeds, calculations, and workflow automation within Archer.
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, and integration scripting for Archer development.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing BCM modules in RSA Archer .
  • Certifications such as RSA Archer Certified Administrator / Professional or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer .
  • Familiarity with GRC frameworks and IT risk management standards.
  • Exposure to cloud or hybrid Archer environments is an advantage.
