Role Overview
We're looking for a People & Talent Associate (1–3 years of experience) who is passionate about recruitment and building positive employee experiences. This role goes beyond sourcing candidates—it's about supporting the entire people function, from hiring to onboarding to team engagement. You'll work closely with both our talent acquisition team and internal operations to ensure we not only find the right talent but also create an environment where they can thrive.
What You'll Do
- Support end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team culture.
- Write clear, engaging job postings and coordinate outreach campaigns.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for culture and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth start.
- Contribute to internal HR initiatives such as engagement, documentation, and process improvements.
- Maintain hiring records and assist with recruitment reports.
What We're Looking For
