We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team in HSR Layout, Sector 6 . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and be proficient in using various sourcing platforms to identify and attract top talent for diverse Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates for Non-IT positions through multiple channels such as job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Manage bulk and volume hiring efficiently within defined timelines.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
